Maurith brings over 2 decades of experience leading corporate

turnarounds and strategic transformations across multiple

industries and geographies.

Since 2000, he has successfully served as CEO and CFO for

NYSE Euronext-listed and private equity-owned companies

spanning manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, specialty

chemicals, consumer goods, telecommunications, eCommerce,

online gaming, healthcare, education, and executive search.

His work has taken him across Europe, the U.S., Africa, and

Asia.

Maurith's approach emphasizes simplicity and security in

product innovation - an insight shaped by his experience with

technology-driven businesses. He draws inspiration from global

examples such as Apple's iPhone and Android smartphones,

demonstrating how innovation paired with simplicity drives

lasting success.

Earlier Corporate Experience (1983 - 1999)

Maurith held progressive finance leadership roles - including

Controller, Treasurer, and Finance Director - at European

headquarters and subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies,

including WR Grace, Georgia-Pacific, USG, Bouygues, and

Avnet. He played a pivotal role in his first leveraged buyout

in 1993. Through these experiences, he learned the value of

building consensus: employees who engage with customers

daily often have insights that differ from senior leadership,

and leveraging that knowledge is essential for sustainable

growth.

Languages & Background

Maurith is US-born and raised, a native bilingual English and

French speaker, and has a strong working knowledge of German.
